How long has vinyl fence been around? 

Vinyl Fence has been available for over 15 years.  It is the fastest growing product in the fencing industry.

How strong is it?

It has five times the tensile strength of wood and four times the flexibility.  Our manufacturer uses impact modifiers to make our vinyl products strong and forgiving even against horses and other farm animals.

Can I install it myself?

If you can use a level, a tape measure, a post hole digger and a sting line - and are willing to take the time to do the job right, you can do it yourself.  We have installation instructions available for our fence styles.  We also have instructions available for installing railing and decking.

Can I paint vinyl?

We do not recommend painting vinyl as the paint will not adhere to the surface.  The color of vinyl goes all the way through so it will not scratch or chip, therefore eliminating the need to be painted.

Will it discolor or become brittle over time?

It is warranted by the manufacturer for your lifetime that it will not become brittle or discolor.  Our products has a UV inhibitor call titanium dioxide which creates a "sunscreen" to prevent the sun from breaking down the vinyl.
