Product Warranty

Digger Specialties is proud to offer some of the strongest warranties in the industry.

We promise to bring you only the highest quality products, and our warranties demonstrate our faith in our products and our commitment to you. Our warranties protect you from defects in workmanship and materials in our products during normal use.

We offer homeowners a Transferable Lifetime Limited Warranty on our vinyl products. This warranty is good for the lifetime of the original owner, and upon the sale of the property, covers the new owner for an additional 20 years. 

Digger Specialties, Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its vinyl materials are free of defects in workmanship and materials and that, in the course of normal and proper use, its vinyl materials will not peel, blister, flake, rot, corrode, rust, be damaged by termites, or be subject to abnormal weathering or discoloration.

This warranty is effective for the lifetime of the original owner of real estate upon which the material is installed. The original owner must complete a warranty registration card and send it to Digger Specialties, Inc., P.O. Box 241, Bremen, IN 46506 in order for the warranty to be valid.

If the real estate is sold, the warranty will be transferred and be in effect for the second owner for a period of 20 years non-prorated. The second will have 60 days to complete and mail a warranty registration card to Digger Specialties, Inc., P.O. Box 241, Bremen, IN 46506 in order for the warranty to be valid.

*The transferable lifetime limited warranty is for "living entities" only.

We offer a 30 Year Limited Warranty on our vinyl products to corporate and government entities.

Digger Specialties, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its vinyl materials are free of defects in workmanship and materials and that, in the course of normal and proper use, its vinyl materials will not peel, blister, flake, rot, corrode, rust, be damaged by termites, or be subject to abnormal weathering or discoloration.

This warranty applies only to non-living entities. Non-living entities require governments, municipalities, corporations, and commercial operations. All non-living entities receive a 30-year, non-prorated limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable.

We also offer homeowners a Lifetime Limited Warranty for our aluminum fence, good for the lifetime of the original owner:

Digger Specialties, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its aluminum materials and powder coating are free of defects in workmanship and materials and that, in the course of normal and proper use, its aluminum materials and powder coating will not peel, blister, flake, rot, corrode, rust, be damaged by termites, or be subject to abnormal weathering or discoloration.

This non-transferable warranty applies only to living entities and is effective for the lifetime of the original owner of real estate upon which the material is installed. The original owner must complete a warranty registration card and send it to Digger Specialties, Inc., P.O. Box 241, Bremen, IN 46506 in order for the warranty to be valid.

And finally, for corporate and government entities, we offer a 30 Year Limited Warranty on our aluminum fence.
